What You'll Do11
- 1Provide individual group and family psychotherapy to clients with developmental disabilities and severe mental illness
- 2Utilize professional expertise to diagnose and treat mental health conditions
- 3Empower clients to manage psychiatric symptoms and achieve community functionality
- 4Assess risk and initiate involuntary hospitalizations when necessary
- 5Advocate for clients through inter‑agency collaboration and education
- 6Develop relapse prevention strategies with clients and support systems
- 7Contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on holistic care
- 8Attend regular training to maintain licensure and update clinical skills
- 9Keep accurate treatment records and documentation
- 10Support program efficiency through defined task prioritization
- 11Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading mental health initiatives
- 3Current licensure as LCSW LMFT or Clinical Psychologist
- 4Medicare credentialing required upon hire
- 5Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant field eligible for licensure
- 6Basic computer proficiency and strong written communication abilities
- 7Ability to observe evaluate document and communicate effectively
- 8Willingness to accept supervision and collaborate within a team
- 9Knowledge of disability models and critical thinking capabilities
- 10Familiarity with psychotherapy techniques and multidisciplinary teamwork
- 11Flexibility to adjust scheduling and prioritize tasks
