What You'll Do11
- 1Own client intake and treatment plans delivering evidence based interventions
- 2Lead individual and group therapy sessions focusing on addiction recovery
- 3Supervise junior clinicians and provide clinical guidance
- 4Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- 5Collaborate with regional managers on program development
- 6Participate in church council meetings and committee initiatives
- 7Develop training materials and share best practices across teams
- 8Analyze client outcomes and report metrics to leadership
- 9Coordinate with external agencies for referrals and resource sharing
- 10Implement new therapeutic approaches aligned with organizational values
- 11Serve as subject matter expert in clinical supervision processes
Requirements11
- 15+ years post master's clinical experience including three (3) years independent practice
- 21 year post independent licensure may substitute for NOJOS credentialing
- 3Current independent clinical license (LCSW LMFT LPC or equivalent)
- 4Master's degree in Social Work Marriage and Family Therapy Counseling Psychology
- 5Proven ability to provide clinical supervision for peers
- 6Strong consultative skills for interagency collaboration
- 7Experience with group therapy modalities for diverse populations
- 8Excellent written communication and documentation practices
- 9Commitment to continuous professional development
- 10Ability to operate effectively in fast paced environment
- 11Demonstrated leadership in team settings
