- 5Facilitate psychoeducational groups under supervision
- 6Monitor client progress and communicate observations to supervisors
- 7Coordinate referrals to community resources and support services
- 8Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- 9Assist with discharge planning and aftercare coordination
- 10Encourage client participation in treatment activities
- 11Complete mandatory agency and regulatory trainings
Requirements11
- 1Currently enrolled in or recently completed behavioral health psychology social work counseling program
- 2Working toward CADC LCADC or NJ credential
- 3Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- 4Ability to maintain HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality
- 5Basic computer skills and EHR proficiency
- 6Demonstrated interest in addiction treatment
- 7Understanding of substance use disorders and recovery principles
- 8Ability to build rapport with diverse client populations
- 9Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 10Proven teamwork and collaborative skills
- 11Strong time management and documentation accuracy
