Overview
Lead crisis intervention and therapeutic services at Care Plus NJ offering mental health recovery support. Deliver evidence-based counseling using CBT MI and trauma informed approaches. Ensure program goals are met through coordinated care and client education.
What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for individuals seeking services
- 2Provide individual family and group counseling both in person and via telemedicine
- 3Document interventions accurately and promptly
- 4Implement evidence based practices including CBT MI and trauma informed care
- 5Collaborate with treatment teams to coordinate care
- 6Participate in quality improvement initiatives and client education
- 7Offer crisis intervention substance abuse treatment and social coping skills training
- 8Maintain relationships with family support systems
- 9Attend weekly supervision and team meetings
- 10Execute interventions and assessments to help clients achieve treatment goals
- 11Link clients to community resources and coordinate inter agency services
Requirements5
- 1Master's Degree in social work or related field with applicable license
- 2Current New Jersey license as LSW LAC LCSW or LPC
- 3At least one year clinical experience with SMI SUD or COD
- 4Free clinical supervision
