What You'll Do11
- 1Triage daily tickets and schedule related work
- 2Assemble work order packages for cabling vendors
- 3Manage work orders through completion and closeout
- 4Provide troubleshooting assistance and emergency support
- 5Support technical issues related to devices in Technology Rooms
- 6Assist with vendor access and supervision
- 7Maintain secure access to Technology Rooms
- 8Manage asset inventory within IDF/BDFs and data centers
- 9Update rack elevations
- 10Support device management via monitoring tools
- 11Ensure compliance with UPS and cooling systems
Requirements7
- 1At least 1 year of enterprise structured cabling experience
- 2Knowledge of BICSI standards
- 3Understanding of copper and fiber patching
- 4Basic networking and desktop systems skills
- 5Experience with power and cooling systems
- 6Change management background
- 7Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA
