What You'll Do11

  • 1Deliver high-quality infrastructure installations and on-site support exceeding customer expectations
  • 2Adhere to safety standards for data center and network facility deployments
  • 3Work independently or with senior technicians based on experience level
  • 4Develop expertise in mechanical electrical assembly and cabling
  • 5Participate in network integrations migrations and cutovers including off-hours shifts
  • 6Perform mechanical electrical assembly of passive equipment under supervision
  • 7Assist with basic network cabling tasks following guidance
  • 8Complete minimum 1.5 years experience or show equivalent proficiency for advancement
  • 9Lead installation teams and assign tasks to junior technicians at Level 3
  • 10Troubleshoot network issues using test equipment at all levels
  • 11Ensure documentation compliance and quality inspections across projects

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons of experience in digital infrastructure roles
  • 35+ years constructing structured cabling solutions with Fiber Optic systems
  • 43-5 seasons managing network integrations and fiber deployments
  • 55+ years supporting rack-and-stack installations and equipment configuration
  • 625-85% travel availability preferred for site visits
  • 725 years of telecom industry experience
  • 8Level 1 technician certification in data center operations
  • 9AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner credential required
  • 10CPC Card certification preferred
  • 11BCBA qualification valued
