What You'll Do9
- 1Own delivery end-to-end including deadlines throughput and quality
- 2Solve ambiguous problems by building scalable solutions

- 5Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and building solutions
- 6Combine analytical rigor quantitative thinking strong judgment and creative problem-solving to move data efficiently through complex systems
- 7Manage complex projects with imperfect information
- 8Generate $10M+ in project revenue annually
- 9Onboard 1,000 contributors in three days and deliver 10+ hours of quality data per contributor within 48 hours

- 12+ years experience in consulting finance startups or operationally intense environments
