What You'll Do7
- 1Own the end‑to‑end development lifecycle for a team of ten engineers and data scientists supporting client engagements
- 2Gather requirements architect scalable solutions build prototypes and migrate full‑stack applications to production
- 3Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS Python NoSQL Vector and graph databases
- 4Partner with program leadership clients and vendors to recommend technical approaches and deliver multi‑project outcomes
- 5Mentor junior staff guide delivery of AI‑enabled applications within secure environments
- 6Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining meticulous quality standards
- 7Collaborate cross‑functionally to anticipate disruption and reengineer processes for government and public sector clients
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
- 27+ years of software development experience with ReactJS Python NoSQL Vector or Graph Databases and Kubernetes
- 3Proven ability to lead application development teams
- 4Legal right to work in the United States without sponsor
- 5Active TS/SCI security clearance
- 6Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- 7Experience supporting government clients in secure delivery environments
- 8Familiarity with generative AI‑enabled applications
- 9Track record of translating requirements into production‑ready solutions
- 10Strong collaboration with data scientists and technical teams
