Own the financial model and narrative for a fast-growing AI-native insurtech; partner with founders to shape strategy and fundraising materials. This is a ground-floor role with significant ownership and direct exposure to the founders and investors.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and refine the company financial model to reflect real business dynamics

- 3Surface actionable insights from financial and operational data to inform strategy and resource allocation
- 4Create and maintain investor decks, memos, and analyses supporting fundraising

Requirements5
- 13+ years in private equity investment banking or venture capital with track record of financial modeling
- 2Experience shaping a startup's financial model and narrative for founders and investors
- 3Strong analytical and quantitative foundation in finance mathematics or economics
- 4Ability to derive actionable insights from financial data and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- 5Experience operating in fast-paced high-autonomy startup environments with ambiguity
