Overview
Neiman Marcus seeks a Store Site Engineer to lead maintenance and repair of building systems. You will oversee weekly preventive maintenance and log safety inspections while supporting regional managers with capital planning and energy management systems.
What You'll Do6
- 1Perform weekly preventive maintenance on building equipment and log safety inspections
- 2Coordinate maintenance supply orders and manage expense accounts
- 3Assist with capital planning projects and execute energy management systems via Trane Ensemble Software
- 4Support POS and telephone systems and maintain kitchen equipment
- 5Respond to after‑hours emergencies with potential overtime
- 6Work independently and collaboratively between Black Friday and January 8
Requirements5
- 1Degree in Mechanical or Electrical fields with two to five years experience
- 2Background in building maintenance electrical and HVAC
- 3Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
- 4Strong communication skills and self‑motivation
- 5Knowledge of SDS and ability to work with diverse teams
