Maintenance Technician CBRE
Overview
CBRE seeks skilled technicians to lead maintenance operations for a leading online retailer. This role drives safety and efficiency across large facilities while supporting cutting‑edge automation solutions.
What You'll Do11
- 1Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
- 2Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE including belts motors photo‑eyes relays and more
- 3Install maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
- 4Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines
- 5Track and store department inventory
- 6Cultivate positive working relationships with client and operations maintenance team members
- 7Perform other job‑related duties as needed
- 8Ensure compliance with OEM and safety standards for MHE systems
- 9Utilize a CMMS to manage work orders and asset tracking
- 10Conduct predictive and preventative maintenance procedures
- 11Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Requirements11
- 1Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 3At least one year of relevant experience or training
- 4Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- 5Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and perform stooping standing walking and climbing stairs or ladders
- 6Associate’s degree or higher in mechanical electrical or related field
- 7Two years apprenticeship or equivalent experience with electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- 8Two years experience with automated conveyor systems and controls
- 9Two years knowledge of blueprint and electrical schematic reading
- 10Two years understanding of electrical and electronic principles
- 11One year troubleshooting diagnostics of MHE systems
