Maintenance Technician - MHE & Robotics
Overview
You will own maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility, servicing one of the world's largest online retailers. You'll repair and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems across the site. Work with a global team at CBRE focused on safety and reliability. What You'll Do7
- 1Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
- 2Solve electrical and mechanical issues on MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
- 3Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
- 4Complete and document preventative maintenance routines for MHE and robotic systems.
- 5Track and store department inventory to ensure availability.
- 6Cultivate positive working relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
- 7Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
Requirements12
- 1High school diploma or GED.
- 21 year of related experience and/or training.
- 3Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 4Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
- 5Ability to solve problems and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
- 6Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs/ladders.
- 72+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- 8Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety standards.
- 9Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- 102+ years experience with automated conveyor systems and controls.
- 112+ years experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
- 122+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading.

$66 - $73k per year
