Maintenance Technician CBRE
Overview
CBRE seeks skilled technicians to lead maintenance operations for a leading online retailer. You will ensure safe and efficient building systems while improving material handling equipment and robotic solutions.
What You'll Do7
- 1Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
- 2Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE including belts motors photo-eyes relays
- 3Install maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
- 4Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines
- 5Track and store department inventory
- 6Cultivate positive working relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance team members
- 7Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned
Requirements16
- 1Currently authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 31 year related experience and/or training
- 4Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- 5Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools
- 6Ability to solve problems and carry out standard instructions
- 7Ability to move up to 50lbs and perform stooping standing walking and climbing stairs
- 8Associate’s or higher degree from vocational school with mechanical or electrical focus
- 92+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience with electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- 10Experience with MHE safety standards according to OEM and safety guidelines
- 11Experience with CMMS
- 122+ years automated conveyor systems and controls
- 132+ years predictive and preventative maintenance procedures
- 142+ years blueprint and electrical schematic reading
- 152+ year knowledge with electrical and electronic principles
- 161+ year troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems
