What You'll Do9
- 1Maintain and coordinate building energy management systems using Trane Ensemble Software
- 2Perform weekly preventive maintenance and log safety inspections for vertical transportation boilers and HVAC units
- 3Order maintenance supplies and manage expense accounts
- 4Assist with capital planning projects and execute facility improvements
- 5Support kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems
- 6Respond to after-hours emergencies with potential overtime
- 7Climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds while working below waist and above head
- 8Communicate effectively with peers management and vendors
- 9Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to prioritize tasks independently
Requirements8
- 1Degree from vocational school or college focusing on mechanical or electrical fields
- 2Two to five years experience or four years apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical disciplines
- 3Background in building maintenance electrical and HVAC systems
- 4Proven ability to multitask and work autonomously
- 5Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders safely
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 7Familiarity with SDS information
- 8High self-motivation and customer-centric attitude
