What You'll Do10
- 1Lead the team to deliver a frictionless customer experience across in store and online channels using technology to transact in the moment
- 2Cultivate community connections by networking with local businesses for store events and partnerships
- 3Develop and implement a proactive talent strategy, interview regularly, and build an external network to add diverse perspectives
- 4Schedule development time and drive onboarding, recognition, and team building to strengthen brand, customer, and store connection
- 5Plan and adjust operating procedures, analyze sales forecasts and payroll, and ensure efficient product flow and omni operations
- 6Guide visual merchandising and display priorities to align with brand standards and seasonal narratives
- 7Communicate product and store insights to district management and Home Office to inform strategy
- 8Foster open communication and protect time for employees to ensure a supportive, inclusive team environment
- 9Maintain flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 10Demonstrate strong merchant skills with a track record of delivering financial results
