Overview
As an Anthropologie Key Holder, you own the daily store operations and customer experience, partnering with leadership to drive sales and team performance. You'll lead the team through service excellence, mentor associates, and ensure seamless omni-channel execution in a high-energy retail setting. What You'll Do9
- 1Drive store sales and metrics by setting team and zoning goals with the leadership team.
- 2Deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience by executing all omni services, including online order fulfillment and returns.
- 3Mentor associate team members through training and onboarding, elevating product knowledge and service standards.
- 4Manage daily store zones, ensuring a positive and energized pace for both customers and team.
- 5Execute opening and closing procedures, maintaining store standards and restocking product.
- 6Collaborate with key partners to facilitate shipment and omni fulfillment, supporting visual standards and markdowns.
- 7Stay current on monthly visual messaging and concept updates, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- 8Check in with leadership on store objectives and communicate insights on customer and employee experience.
- 9Contribute to positive team morale through brand initiatives, recognition, and team-building activities.
