Overview
Lead a high-volume Victoria’s Secret store in Scottsdale by delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences while driving brand top-line sales. You will coach Brand Supervisors and front-line teams to execute visual standards, product storytelling, and selling behaviors aligned to brand direction. This role blends leadership, coaching, and hands-on selling in a dynamic retail environment and offers a pathway to broader store leadership opportunities.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead customer and brand experience through visual execution and selling behaviors.
- 2Own category-level performance insights using company tools and reports to drive results.
- 3Direct and develop store team including Supervisors and Selling Associates.
- 4Execute daily workforce management to optimize labor hours and scheduling.
- 5Maintain visual merchandising standards and support floorsets and product launches.
- 6Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams for seamless store execution.
- 7Coach, zone, and drive team selling and personal selling to meet targets.
- 8Model and reinforce company policies, values, and leadership competencies.
Requirements5
- 13+ years of retail leadership experience preferred
- 2Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- 3Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
- 4Experience reviewing business reports and taking decisive action to drive results
- 5Strong desire to develop direct reports and create high-performance teams
