- 3Lead the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and strategic initiatives
- 4Manage budgets for daily operations and ensure financial targets are met
- 5Leverage OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience while ensuring compliance and brand standards
- 6Create an inclusive environment and coach behaviors that elevate customer service and team performance
- 7Represent the brand and analyze competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
- 8Promote community involvement and partnerships to elevate store presence
- 9Oversee store operations including customer operations, merchandising, and product operations
Requirements6
- 13-5 years of retail experience leading others
- 2College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3Proven ability to deliver results and manage a P&L
- 4Strong communication skills with customers and employees
- 5Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and travel as needed
- 6Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office; lift/carry up to 30 lbs
