What You'll Do10
- 1Lead customer engagement by teaching product knowledge on fabrics, features, and fit, boosting basket size and loyalty.
- 2Drive store events and community projects to grow foot traffic and brand awareness beyond the store walls.
- 3Coach associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and Omnicart, delivering real-time feedback to lift performance.
- 4Coordinate with the Store Manager to inspire the team and exceed individual and store sales goals within 90 days.
- 5Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager, ensuring shelves are stocked and staff are skilled.
- 6Maintain merchandising standards that make the store easy to shop and elevate the purchase journey.
- 7Provide actionable feedback to the Store Manager to continuously refine operations and customer experience.
- 8Meet or exceed store performance metrics in productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
- 9Serve as the go-to product expert for customers and team members, answering questions and solving issues.
- 10Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10-30 lbs, ensuring stock is ready for display and sale.
Requirements10
- 11+ years in a retail environment, with a proven record of hitting sales targets.
- 2Prior retail management experience is a plus, showing leadership potential.
- 3POS system familiarity and comfort with retail inventory processes.
- 4Knowledge of active lifestyle choices like Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, and Running.
- 5Strong interpersonal skills to engage customers, employees, and business partners.
- 6Ability to work with large teams and thrive under pressure in a dynamic store setting.
- 7Self-motivated with a knack for taking initiative and bringing out the best in others.
- 8Flexible schedule covering evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
- 9Physical stamina to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
- 10Must be 18 years or older.
