What You'll Do11
- 1Preserve brand consistency across visual elements through merchandising and product management
- 2Manage brand aesthetic adaptations for displays, fixtures, and mannequin styling
- 3Partner with HQ Visual teams to execute product placements and seasonal installations
- 4Conduct in-store trainings using virtual merchandising tools
- 5Identify and resolve store deficiencies including fixtures, mannequins, and lighting issues
- 6Maintain back-of-house organization and catalog of visual props
- 7Oversee full inventory lifecycle from delivery to return transit
- 8Present visual success stories during corporate/field leadership visits
- 9Analyze sales reports to identify trend opportunities and product needs
- 10Drive business results through strategic visual merchandising solutions
- 11Implement preventive maintenance protocols for store infrastructure
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 2-3 years visual merchandising experience in retail
- 2Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft 365
- 3Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs
- 4Strong communication and leadership skills across organizational levels
- 5Experience with inventory management systems
- 6Understanding of retail operations and visual storytelling principles
