- 5Perform Service Leader duties
- 6Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures
- 7Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape

- 9Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience

Requirements9
- 1Current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience
- 2High school graduate or equivalent
- 3Good communicator with ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals
- 4Passionate about retail and thrive in a fastpaced environment
- 5Determined to effectively lead and inspire others to learn and grow through coaching and mentoring
- 6Able to work a flexible schedule including holiday evening overnight and weekend shifts
- 7Able to utilize retail technology
- 8Able to maneuver around the sales floor stockroom and office and lift up to 30 pounds
- 9Ability to travel as required
