Requirements10
- 11-3 years retail management experience, current or former retail employee.
- 2High school graduate or equivalent.
- 3Effective communicator with ability to interact with customers and team to meet goals.
- 4Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- 5Driven by metrics to deliver results and meet business goals.
- 6Determined to lead and inspire others through coaching and mentoring.
- 7Flexible schedule including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- 8Able to utilize retail technology.
- 9Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, office, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- 10Ability to travel as required.
