What You'll Do10

- 2Lead daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring all operational protocols are followed.
- 3Manage inventory by directing stockroom organization, shipment processing, and merchandise flow to keep shelves full.
- 4Partner with the Store Manager on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members to build a strong bench.
- 5Drive sales by motivating the team to meet and exceed daily sales goals through effective floor leadership.
- 6Enforce visual merchandising standards to create an inviting store layout that showcases the latest fashion.
- 7Resolve customer issues with a professional and efficient approach, turning concerns into loyalty.
- 8Oversee payroll and scheduling to align staffing with traffic patterns and control labor costs.
- 9Implement loss prevention practices to minimize shrink and protect company assets.
- 10Maintain store cleanliness and appearance to ensure a premium shopping environment.
Requirements8
- 12+ years of retail management experience, with a track record of leading teams.
- 2Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced setting.
- 3Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers and staff.
- 4Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching and developing associates.
- 5Passion for retail and fashion, staying current with trends and product knowledge.
