Overview
Lead and support Store Leader to achieve store goals including guest service sales and expense management. Drive associate engagement and operational excellence. Foster a guest-focused team environment through relationship building and proactive feedback. Manage conflict and coach using company processes. Empower associates through individualized development and decision-making involvement. Lead by managing change and making data-driven hiring recommendations. Meet store and personal goals while maintaining financial performance. Co-lead floor sets and manage inventory logistics. Ensure loss prevention and accurate banking. Train new staff and handle payroll. Control workflow through planning and delegation. Execute tasks within time frames and complete opening/closing procedures. Adhere to loss prevention practices and report incidents. Communicate with executives and maintain brand aesthetic. Lift 30 lbs regularly.

Requirements11
- 11 year retail management experience
- 2Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3Physical ability to lift 30 pounds regularly
- 4Experience with inventory management systems
- 5Proven leadership in team development and retention

- 7Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments
