What You'll Do11
- 1Lead day-to-day store operations and maintain consistent execution standards
- 2Provide hands-on leadership and direction to store employees
- 3Deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure service standards
- 4Drive store sales through customer engagement and product recommendations
- 5Execute local marketing initiatives including cookie drops and sampling
- 6Train and coach employees with ongoing feedback for performance
- 7Maintain product and inventory levels while ensuring quality and freshness
- 8Keep store environment clean and organized following health regulations
- 9Handle opening closing procedures and enforce company policies
- 10Address customer concerns and report operational issues to leadership
- 11Complete required store reporting and administrative tasks
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing retail teams
- 3Milk Mustache certification preferred
- 4Valid driver’s license for local delivery duties
- 5Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- 6Proven track record in sales and customer satisfaction
- 7Experience with point-of-sale systems
- 8Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 9Commitment to fostering positive team culture
- 10Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
