What You'll Do11
- 1Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations
- 2Run the register and assist customers with speed accuracy and a great attitude
- 3Coach and motivate team members to consistently upsell products and promotions
- 4Help hire train and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success
- 5Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off
- 6Handle inventory ordering and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked
- 7Maintain a clean welcoming store including restrooms trash areas and fuel pumps
- 8Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage
- 9Perform daily cash handling deposits and oversee store financials
- 10Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel
- 11Other duties as assigned
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail teams
- 35+ years experience with Salesforce CRM
- 42+ years managing vendor relationships
- 51 year experience with POS systems
- 64-8 years of management experience
- 7High school diploma or equivalent
- 8Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 9Proficiency in English with basic math skills
- 10Food Safety Certification required or obtainable
