What You'll Do11
- 1Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations
- 2Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude
- 3Coach and motivate team members to consistently upsell products and promotions
- 4Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success
- 5Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off
- 6Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked
- 7Maintain a clean, welcoming store—including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps
- 8Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage
- 9Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials
- 10Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel
- 11Other duties as assigned

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail teams
- 35+ years experience with POS systems
- 42+ years managing scheduling software
- 51 year experience with inventory management tools
- 61 year working with cash handling procedures
- 74-8 years of customer service background
- 83-5 years in shift scheduling
- 92 years knowledge of retail compliance regulations
- 101 year proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
