What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct one-on-one meetings to understand team motivations and aspirations while developing a comprehensive team bio book.
- 2Perform 30-60-90 day check-ins with new hires to discuss progress and opportunities.
- 3Manage workforce activities including staffing schedules and punch reconciliation using Operations tools.
- 4Ensure compliance with company policies regarding appearance standards and state regulations.
- 5Provide technical product knowledge to associates and customers and serve as subject matter expert.
- 6Analyze reporting data to identify skill gaps and address them through targeted coaching.
- 7Plan and execute store-level financial targets by analyzing reports and determining appropriate staffing levels.
- 8Partner with marketing to develop and monitor social media strategies that boost brand awareness and sales.
- 9Oversee inventory management including stock levels, merchandise flow review, and loss prevention.
- 10Execute company initiatives and adapt to supervisor requests while staying informed about market competition.
- 11Maintain physical stamina to stand or sit for extended periods and perform heavy lifting tasks.
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing high-volume retail environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience
- 65+ years experience with Salesforce CRM systems
- 73-5 years proven track record in team development
- 81-2 years background in customer service excellence
- 9Ability to lift, push or pull 50+ pounds
