What You'll Do11
- 1Implement Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to enhance customer engagement
- 2Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to drive informed purchasing decisions
- 3Drive individual sales targets and maintain KPI standards
- 4Cultivate long-term customer relationships and resolve post-purchase issues
- 5Monitor competitive landscape and leverage social media for brand visibility
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences
- 7Push, pull, or lift 50+ pounds to fulfill order fulfillment demands
- 8Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with logistics partners
- 9Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize merchandising strategies
- 10Train and mentor junior staff to uphold service excellence
- 11Contribute ideas for improving store operations and customer journeys
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading high-performing sales teams
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience
- 6Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced retail environments
- 7Strong communication skills with emphasis on consultative selling
- 8Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
- 9Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- 10Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
