- 1Deliver exceptional in-store experiences as a trusted sleep authority
- 2Execute Mattress Firm selling programs leveraging digital tools
- 3Drive individual sales performance and KPIs aligned with company values
- 4Maintain customer relationships through issue resolution and post-purchase support
- 5Monitor competitor offerings and maintain brand awareness
- 6Utilize social media to boost brand visibility and increase sales
- 7Manage weight loss initiatives exceeding 50 pounds
- 8Provide technical product expertise and act as subject matter specialist
- 9Push, pull, or pull inventory and logistics operations
- 10Collaborate with cross-functional teams to cultivate customer-centric environments
- 11Contribute to career growth through on-the-job training and development
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred
- 3Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
- 4Strong product knowledge and ability to resolve complex customer issues
- 5Experience with omnichannel retail strategies and digital platforms
- 6Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 7Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- 8Valid work authorization for United States residency
- 9Diverse background encouraged
