- 4CPC Card certification preferred for technical leadership roles
- 5Python proficiency for data analysis and automation tasks
- 6Experience with React frameworks for internal tool development
- 7Strong understanding of Kubernetes for scalable infrastructure
- 8Proven track record of scaling operations across multiple locations
