- 1Set daily and weekly sales goals, direct coworker sales activities, and approve rental agreements to drive revenue growth.
- 2Oversee collection activities and follow up on accounts needing manager intervention to maintain account health.
- 3Approve customer commitments and train coworkers on collection procedures to ensure compliance.
- 4Monitor store profits by managing resources, controlling inventory, product ordering, pricing, cash handling, and store security.
- 5Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly to maintain satisfaction.
- 6Train and develop coworkers, schedule daily activities, and organize goals to maximize retention and reduce turnover.
- 7Recruit and hire staff for the assigned store, focusing on exceptional customer service.
- 8Drive company vehicles as needed, maintaining a valid state driver's license and good driving record.
Requirements6
- 13-5 years of retail or management experience.
- 2Completion of RAC Store Manager Development Program during training period.
