Retail Store Area Supervisor, Key Holder
Overview
You will own daily operations and merchandising for assigned areas in a $850+ million retail chain with 150+ stores. You will direct freight flow and customer experience under a Team Leader, while bridging customer and corporate service. This role builds leaders: you will train associates and manage schedules, with a path to Team Leader growth. You will operate in a climate-controlled environment, handling 35 lbs lifts and extended movement.
What You'll Do10
- 1Champion customer service for diverse clientele using the T.R.E.A.T. model to foster inclusion.
- 2Bridge customer issues to corporate customer service ensuring resolution.

- 8Control accurate signage and ticketing through ordering, backroom stock, and sales floor flow.
- 9Verify incoming shipment pricing, report errors, and perform daily manifest checks.
- 10Supervise store operations including opening and closing procedures when designated.
Requirements6
- 11+ years professional experience in retail environments.
- 2Prior customer service, training, and merchandise ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintenance experience preferred.
- 3Computer skills with Google platform (Email, Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Qlik.
- 4Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- 518 years or older.
- 6Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks: reaching, climbing, moving.
