What You'll Do11
- 1Review sales activity cash deposits and record entries
- 2Process location cash transactions and maintain documentation
- 3Complete monthly bank reconciliations and post adjustments
- 4Calculate inter-store activity and record transfers
- 5Validate inventory figures and ensure accurate posting
- 6Prepare month-end journal entries for accruals
- 7Reconcile intercompany balances with stakeholders
- 8Produce profit and loss statements during close
- 9Partner with store leadership to enhance reporting
- 10Maintain accurate financial data for period-end close
- 11Manage multiple deadlines independently in high volume
Requirements7
- 1Netsuite proficiency required
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 35+ years accounting experience
- 4Multi-location business background
- 5Experience with journal entries and reconciliations
- 6Excel and Access skills
- 7Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Salary Insight
$94 - $104k per year
