Overview
We seek a highly skilled Accounting Manager to lead financial operations at a growing firm. The role involves overseeing accounting functions ensuring compliance and supporting strategic initiatives. This position requires a focus on financial reporting cash flow management and team leadership.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage full cycle of financial accounting activities including general ledger management and balance sheet reconciliation
- 2Oversee month end and year end closing processes
- 3Prepare detailed financial reports variance analysis and budget forecasts
- 4Facilitate audits by providing documentation explanations and resolving discrepancies
- 5Analyze profit and loss statements investigate variances and recommend improvements
- 6Prepare and assist with federal state and local tax filings
- 7Manage cash flow forecasting treasury management and banking relationships
- 8Lead a team of two individuals
- 9Meet with owners to review financial results discuss business performance and provide guidance
- 10Minimum five years experience in corporate accounting
- 11Proven leadership managing accounting teams in fast paced environments

Salary Insight
