What You'll Do12
- 1Lead month-end and period-end closing activities to ensure timely accurate financial results
- 2Oversee general ledger operations including reviewing journal entry activity
- 3Monitor cash-related reporting and provide visibility into balances and transactions
- 4Supervise accounting team offering direction review and day-to-day support
- 5Coordinate account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- 6Support audit preparation by organizing documentation and assisting financial statements
- 7Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze data and improve reporting accuracy
- 8Adapt to evolving business needs while building understanding of processes and controls
- 9Manage month-end close processes within accounting function
- 10Demonstrate knowledge of general ledger activity journal entries and reconciliation
- 11Prepare for or support financial statement audits
- 12Apply cash management principles and financial reporting expertise
