Accounting Manager, B2B SaaS & Demand Generation
Overview
The Accounting Manager owns financial leadership and drives profitability while ensuring compliance and asset protection. This role focuses on managing cash flow, monitoring revenues and expenses, and enforcing regulatory adherence across all hotel operations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage and communicate cash flow issues and prepare monthly financial statements
- 2Monitor revenues and expenses and ensure accurate recording per Highgate guidelines
- 3Ensure regulatory compliance for licenses permits and tax obligations
- 4Analyze financial data to advise management on achieving objectives
- 5Establish and audit internal financial controls such as purchasing and payroll
- 6Hire train and develop staff while maintaining service standards
- 7Maintain compliance with Highgate standards and interact with Executive Committee
- 8Report weekly on A/R/A/P aging and generate flash reports
- 9Execute special projects and handle guest employee communications
- 10Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
- 11Attend meetings participate in MOD coverage and follow scheduling requirements
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proficient in Windows and company approved spreadsheets and word processing
- 3Experience operating hotel-specific systems like Opera Birchstree Oracle
- 4Strong communication skills for verbal and written interaction
- 5Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
