- 1Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable and cash control functions for multiple hotels
- 2Ensure compliance with GAAP USALI and White Lodging policies
- 3Provide financial insight and counsel to hotel department heads
- 4Assist in developing and reviewing annual budgets and forecasts
- 5Generate accurate timely financial reports and share key insights with leadership
- 6Maintain a strong control environment to safeguard assets
- 7Lead and mentor accounting team members supporting professional development
- 8Monitor audit findings implement corrective actions and ensure system data accuracy
- 9Stay current on tax compliance licensing permits and vendor agreements
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading hotel finance teams
- 3Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4Proficiency in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis
- 5Knowledge of PMS and POS systems
- 6Intermediate Excel and reporting software skills
- 7Strong communication and leadership abilities
