Accountant, B2B SaaS & Demand Generation
Overview
Neighborhood Management helps build financially strong communities. Our Accountants partner with Community Managers and Boards to provide accurate financial information. You will manage financial reporting for community associations while supporting budgeting and identifying improvement opportunities.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage the financial accounting and reporting for an assigned portfolio of community associations
- 2Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- 3Prepare monthly financial statements and variance explanations
- 4Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- 5Monitor cash flow and bank balances including FDIC coverage
- 6Research discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly
- 7Partner with Community Managers to answer accounting questions
- 8Assist with annual budget preparation
- 9Support onboarding of new communities including GL and AR transfers
- 10Identify process improvements and implement efficient workflows
- 11Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 3Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- 4Experience with accounting software databases and reporting systems
- 5Analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
