Overview
Oversee a campus sports ministry serving 20,000 annual participants in flag football and soccer. Own program strategy, volunteer leadership, and operations to create a “More Than A Game” experience. Collaborate with CCV ministries to integrate faith, community outreach, and events across multiple seasons. This role blends ministry leadership with athletics operations and volunteer development.
What You'll Do5
- 1Lead Stars ministry across campus including recruiting and training volunteers for coaches guest services and field ops
- 2Design and execute leagues camps schedules maps referees and game flow to deliver safe high quality experiences
- 3Cultivate relationships with Stars families coaches and schools promoting Stars within the community
- 4Ensure facility readiness safety and quality of spaces equipment and inventory across practices and games
- 5Coordinate with campus leadership and CCV ministries to integrate Stars events with church programming
Requirements5
- 1College experience preferred
- 2Previous leadership experience desired
- 3Coaching and Stars experience are assets
- 4Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 5Ability to multitask and manage time across 2-3 seasons
