You will own mentor discipleship, training, and engagement across 10:12 Sports' mentoring initiatives, working with the Executive Director to support 50+ mentors serving youth through sports. You will lead Mentor Development programs, coordinate League Night and Football Mentoring participation, and build a healthy pipeline of new mentors. This part-time role centers on spiritual growth and community, offering flexibility to develop leaders while making a tangible impact. Coordinate the Student Ministry Midweek Program for Middle School students at Walnut Creek Presbyterian Church, partnering with the Co-Directors to build a safe space where students learn to love God, others, and themselves. Own weekly planning, teaching moments, and volunteer coordination while investing in students through one-on-ones and events. Own program development and supervision for youth in a community club setting with impact at a local scale.
