What You'll Do6
- 1Lead drills and skill sessions using pre-scripted Coach Guide for elementary and middle school students
- 2Conduct daily warm-ups skill development and small-sided games
- 3Facilitate character discussions and stewardship topics with students
- 4Track attendance using simple student checklist
- 5Create structured high-energy environment during all sessions
- 6Maintain compliance with county background clearance requirements

- 1Must be 18+ and pass PGCPS MCPS or BCPS background check
- 2Comfortable being active on feet for multi-hour sessions
