Overview

What You'll Do8
- 1Own all clinical and administrative functions of the adult outpatient mental health program.
- 2Supervise staff delivering individual, family, and group therapy for adults with mental health and substance use disorders.
- 3Coordinate community resources to support client care.

Requirements6
- 1Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
- 2Active LMSW, LLP, or LPC license from the state of Michigan.
- 33+ years treating adults with mental health or substance use disorders.
- 4Experience in a community mental health setting.
- 5Competence in individual, family, and group therapy.
- 6Ability to manage crisis situations effectively.
