What You'll Do8
- 1Direct the clinical and administrative operations of the ACT program, ensuring fidelity to the ACT model.
- 2Supervise a team of advocates, nurses, and peer specialists, providing weekly clinical oversight and coaching.
- 3Deliver direct therapeutic services to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
- 4Coordinate after-hours crisis response and on-call coverage, triaging urgent client needs.
- 5Build partnerships with community agencies, healthcare providers, and families to support client recovery.
- 6Track program outcomes, documentation accuracy, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- 7Facilitate team meetings and case conferences, promoting collaborative care and shared decision-making.
- 8Implement evidence-based interventions for co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions.
Requirements8
- 1Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
- 2Active Michigan LMSW full license, with no restrictions.
- 32+ years of clinical experience working with adults who have serious mental illness.
- 4Proven leadership and crisis management skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- 5Ability to obtain QMHP status within 120 days of hire.
- 6Commitment to pursuing CAADC certification or an approved development plan within 30 days.
- 7Willingness to later obtain CCS credential.
- 8U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.
