Overview
Achieve Behavioral Health seeks a senior clinician-leader to establish a new 68-capacity Adult Assertive Community Treatment program in Rockland County. The leader will own end-to-end program launch while balancing direct care and supervisory duties.
What You'll Do6
- 1Recruit and assemble a multidisciplinary team of nine professionals including nursing substance use vocational family and peer specialists and a psychiatric provider
- 2Facilitate daily morning meetings and provide evidence-based supervision
- 3Develop referral networks with SPOA hospitals and community partners while managing admission rates
- 4Maintain documentation quality through CAIRS reporting and conduct regular fidelity assessments
- 5Ensure 24/7 clinical consultation coverage and participate in rotating on-call schedules
- 6Drive quality improvement using PSYCKES data and implement trauma-informed care practices
Requirements5
- 1Master's degree with current NYS licensure or NYS-licensed RN or licensed physician
- 2Five years serving adults with serious mental illness including two years in supervisory roles
- 3Proven experience on multidisciplinary community teams such as ACT AOT or mobile crisis programs
- 4Competency in motivational interviewing harm reduction and trauma-informed approaches
- 5Valid driver's license and ability to operate agency vehicles
