Overview
We seek a Master’s-level Adult Outpatient Therapist to deliver outpatient mental health and co-occurring substance use treatment for adults and families. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Social Work Counseling or Psychology and possesses a current Michigan license. This role offers ownership of comprehensive care delivery while contributing to innovative solutions.
What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct intake evaluations and behavioral health assessments
- 2Develop and document person-centered treatment plans
- 3Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- 4Collaborate with psychiatrists primary care providers and community supports
- 5Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- 6Participate in supervision team meetings and case consultations
- 7Coordinate discharge planning and case closure activities
- 8Meet all agency state licensure and funding requirements
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Active Michigan license: LMSW LLMSW LPC LLPC LLP or TLLP
- 3Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness fieldwork or internship may count
- 4Strong communication organizational and documentation skills
- 5Ability to work independently
- 6Must obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional credential within 120 days of hire
- 7Candidates requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered
