What You'll Do11

- 2Ensure store profitability through sales and cost control
- 3Manage daily shift schedules and resolve time clock issues
- 4Handle ordering inventory and stock levels
- 5Conduct administrative tasks and cash reconciliation
- 6Lead by example with a guest-first mindset
- 7Develop team members through training and evaluation
- 8Engage with guests and manage online reviews
- 9Promote catering services and handle third-party orders
- 10Utilize financial reporting tools to monitor metrics
- 11Perform cash counting and process discounts
Requirements10
- 15+ years of leadership experience
- 2Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3Proficiency in English
- 4Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- 5Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- 6Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
- 7Experience with POS systems
- 8Knowledge of eVerify for employment verification
- 9Experience with inventory management
- 10Familiarity with labor law compliance
Salary Insight
$37 - $50k per year
