What You'll Do10
- 1Lead team members to achieve operational excellence and maintain high service standards
- 2Drive sales and control labor costs while managing product quality
- 3Schedule shifts and resolve time clock discrepancies
- 4Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily records
- 5Conduct pre-shift briefings and address guest concerns
- 6Ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage break schedules
- 7Develop staff through training and succession planning
- 8Engage with customers and handle online review responses
- 9Promote catering services and process third-party orders
- 10Utilize financial reporting tools to track performance metrics
Requirements11
- 15+ years leading kitchen or retail teams
- 2Spark and Airflow experience required
- 3Medical, dental, and vision insurance provided
- 4Proficient in English communication
- 5Adaptable to fast-paced environments
- 6Experience with POS systems and inventory management
- 7Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- 8Certification in food safety preferred
- 9Valid driver's license required
- 10Background check clearance needed
- 11Commitment to team development
Salary Insight
$37 - $46k per year
