What You'll Do11
- 1Lead team members to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
- 2Ensure store profitability through sales and cost control
- 3Manage daily shift schedules and resolve clock issues
- 4Handle cash and receipts with accurate reconciliation
- 5Conduct administrative tasks and maintain documentation
- 6Hire, train, and develop staff under General Manager supervision
- 7Foster a positive environment with guest-first mindset
- 8Execute catering orders and ensure timely delivery
- 9Utilize financial reporting tools to monitor performance
- 10Maintain compliance with labor laws and handle disputes
- 11Promote Naya’s catering services and manage third‑party orders
Requirements10
- 15+ years leading kitchen teams or retail shifts
- 2Spark and Airflow for data analytics
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience
- 6Proficiency in Python and React
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 8Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- 9Physical stamina to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- 10Experience with eVerify verification system
Salary Insight
$42 - $50k per year
