What You'll Do10
- 1Lead team members to drive sales and maintain profitability
- 2Oversee food and beverage preparation to ensure quality standards
- 3Manage shift schedules and resolve clock-in/out issues
- 4Handle cash reconciliation and administrative tasks
- 5Conduct pre-shift meetings and foster positive workplace culture
- 6Ensure labor law compliance and manage meal breaks
- 7Develop staff through training and succession planning
- 8Engage with guests and handle online review recovery
- 9Execute catering orders and coordinate third-party deliveries
- 10Utilize financial reporting tools to track performance metrics
Requirements10
- 15+ years leading kitchen teams
- 2Spark and Airflow experience
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 7Proficient in Microsoft Office and eVerify system
- 8Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- 9Physical stamina to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- 10Experience with POS software and inventory management
Salary Insight
$37 - $46k per year
