What You'll Do10
- 1Lead team members to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- 2Ensure food quality and consistency across all service points
- 3Manage shift scheduling and resolve clock-in/out discrepancies
- 4Handle inventory control and daily cash reconciliation
- 5Conduct pre-shift briefings and address guest concerns
- 6Maintain compliance with labor laws and handle conflict resolution
- 7Develop staff through training and succession planning
- 8Engage with customers and manage third-party orders
- 9Utilize financial reporting tools to track performance metrics
- 10Perform delivery coordination and handle promotional activities
Requirements10
- 15+ years leading kitchen or retail teams
- 2Proficiency in English for communication and documentation
- 3Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- 4Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and endure long shifts
- 5Spark and Airflow experience with data analytics platforms
- 6Knowledge of CPC Card certification preferred
- 7Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments
- 8Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
- 9Familiarity with React for internal systems
- 10BCBA certification beneficial
Salary Insight
$37 - $46k per year
